Return & Exchange Policy

At Lola Mae, we are committed to providing premium-quality, ethically sourced hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and industry hygiene standards, we have a strict return and exchange policy to protect all of our customers.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any hair extensions. This is due to sanitary reasons and the custom nature of our products. Once hair has left our facility, it is considered final sale.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the exchange.
  2. If approved, we will send return instructions and a shipping label.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement or issue store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds

We do not issue refunds unless a product is defective or incorrect due to our error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the policy is being abused or if the returned product does not meet eligibility requirements.
